"on the frame" is a very non-specific answer, considering the frame is basically everything except the engine. I can't find a model number anywhere on this POS.

Your web site SUCKS, all I want to do is register my lawn mower and every time I go there all I get is a site where people are asking questions. I know the serial number and model number how about you use the KISS principle, you know "KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID".
I have located 2 metal plates with 3 numbers on them, one is obviously for the engine. The Craftsman plate on back top of the deck by the base of the handle has two different numbers on it neither of which appear to be model numbers. I can't find anything that corresponds to these numbers when searching replacement parts.
