    I have been going round and round trying to get help for my Miter saw. The screw to loosen the blade guard is frozen. And now stripped. Brand new. I need to put in a finer blade, and its impossible.

    NO immediate tech support whatsoever. The phone number provided for my model has no one to answer the phone. 

    I have made a request with the contact form.

    I AM GOING TO RETURN IT!! If this happens right out of the box, I am certain I will not get any help for anything else!!!!
