AnsweredTHE EMAIL SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. EMAILS AND THE FORM KEEP RETTING RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE, MAIL BOX FULL. THE PHONE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING EITHER.

I can not get in touch with anyone using the 800 number or by using the web site link. I'm just trying to get 2 ratchets replaced under the lifetime warranty.. This should be a simple process.
