Weedeater leak. I just recently purchased the weedeater April 10th,2022. I put a service request in and got nothing back

I'm having same issue, my weed eater won't start and the trimmer head keeps spinning after I release trigger and has a recall on it. I emailed support and they sent me an email to right department to talk to them and I sent email with no response back. I just hope my warranty is still good by the time someone helps me with my issue
