    Your oil filter is probably filthy and you can clean your gas filter too; plus change your spark plug. As simple as that and I promise you it will start right away believe me. :)

    i have the same lawn mower it has not been used but twice  it is full of gas and oil and is new and want start at all. i have been trying for 3 days to contact someone and can't get through tried a couple of phone# and haven't been able to talk to no one keep saying the same thing over and over

    I had the same issue and the air filter was full of grass.  When I changed the air filter the engine started right up.

    Most likely old stale gas gummed up the carburetor.
    Easy fix if you're mechanically inclined.
    It's a plastic carburetor.

    I didn't get any help from the company  i had to pay225.00 more to get it running so the warranty was no good on a brand new lawn mower
