I bought a Craftsman 60 Volt Cordless Leaf Blower in mid-2020, which came with a 4 Year Warranty. Under very light use (I live in a Condominium that includes lawn service), it died in January 2021; at which time I filed a Warranty Claim with Craftsman. The agents acknowledged they had serious quality problems with this product, and had discontinued it due to issues and had no replacements. After some twenty-three contacts, they promised me (repeatedly) a full refund; assuring me that it I would receive it months ago (NOT!). With each recontact, Craftsman told me I had to resubmit all of the information (receipts, pictures, serial number, write-up, etc.) that they ALREADY HAD! To this date, I have multiple emails saying the check is in the mail, for which they have repeatedly closed my case as "solved". These Craftsman people don't give a SHIT (buy someone else's product)!!!
