-First: What has happened to Craftsman service? I was able to go into the support database and find what I need with my model #. Where is that support? i cannot find it anywhere on your website.
-Second: A couple years ago I was able to get the owners manual for my Craftsman Garden Tractor. I downloaded it to a PC in PDF that has crashed. Now I find I need the manual again.
-My garden tractor is a heavy duty Craftsman GT6000, GT 18HP TWIN Diehard Kohler Magnum. Model # 917 257720, Serial # 030794c 003441.
I am disappointed to find there is no online archive and there is no longer a phone number to call; And the only service available is for purchasing or getting only superfluous information on newly manufactured equipment. What happened to "Lifetime" support and guarantee?
-I am beginning to doubt the soundness of having bought so many Craftsman tools and equipment through my life. Is your company beginning to implode toward failure?
Please "support" my product loyalty in the name Craftsman. I would hate to think of, and find it difficult to accept, the statements Craftsman has made since the failure of Sears, that, "Service, support and guarantees will continue to be provided for all Craftsman products", if these statements were not accurate. Particularly when I had felt assured by them.
