Just found lost charger. Help in knowing how it charges, for how long, what do the lights mean, and why in the heck can I not talk to a real person or find the answer on line? An actual telephone number and a person representing the company to answer a fairly simple question. I had to "join" and now I will be getting umpteen emails trying to sell me products. What happened to customer curtesy?
