WS4200 Removing trimmer head

What has always been a simple process has stumped me with the WS4200. I removed the cap of the trimmer head, took out the spool, and am attempting to remove the part (?) attached so I can replace it with an attachment that uses aero-flex line blades.
But I am unable to remove the (part of the head closest to the end of the trimmer tip).
Does anyone have advice, or better yet, a video?
