Air Compressor 6 gal drain valve

Can someone please tell me why the drain valve for this compressor (CMEC6150
Air Compressor (6 gal) is not at the lowest point on the tank?  Seems like some condensed water is going to remain in the tank and cause rust even if it's drained every day.

  We apologize for the lack of clarification, the drain valve should not be on the lowest part of the tank, since that would be a dead center and not a good spot. if there is water built up, then the tank can be tipped over to drain from the drain valve as needed
