When you purchase a product, we recommend registering it on our website. Registering your product helps prove ownership and allows you to upload your purchase receipt. Please remember, your receipt is the only valid document for warranty eligibility. Registering your product and uploading your receipt ensures we can provide you with the best possible support.
1. Visit https://www.craftsman.com/
- In the top right corner, find "LOGIN TO CRAFTSMAN CLUB."
2. Sign In or Create an Account
- If this is your first time here, click on "Create an account". You will receive a verification email; use it to validate your account and access.
- Or, log in if you have previously created an account.
3. Register Your Product
- Once you're logged in, look again at the top right corner and click on “Register a tool.”
- Fill out the registration form with your product details. When registering a combo kit, you should register the kit as a combo kit, not the tools individually.
- Important: If you are registering your product for warranty, make sure to upload a copy of your purchase receipt.
Special Instructions for Online Purchases
If your Craftsman product was purchased online, take a screenshot of the purchase record, including the following information: Date of purchase, authorized retailer, paid amount, name of the product or SKU, and delivery date.
