Is there, or will there be, a feature where orders can be tracked by their order number on the website? Or will this continue to be a Contact Customer Service thing?
I have been given the runaround for months. Told item is being shipped only to find out that wasn't true. Whats going on? If craftsman doesn't have anything in stock how are stores selling items? I just want my money back because this is getting ridiculous

Seriously the worst customer service. I submitted a warranty claim in January and it is now May and still haven't gotten my replacement vacuum. Every time I call I get the same response. It's on backorder. Won't be buying another wet/dry vac from Craftsman.
Yeah, there needs to be a place to check the status of our orders without having to do the contact form. We want to know right now, today, and at this moment what the status is, not fill out a form today and hear something in a week.
Makes sense—having to contact support just to check warranty status can be a bit slow. Would be helpful if there was a simple tracking page like some government services do. For example, even local systems like nbi office cebu give clearer steps and status flow—something similar here would improve the experience.
