Is there, or will there be, a feature where orders can be tracked by their order number on the website? Or will this continue to be a Contact Customer Service thing?
I have been given the runaround for months. Told item is being shipped only to find out that wasn't true. Whats going on? If craftsman doesn't have anything in stock how are stores selling items? I just want my money back because this is getting ridiculous
