Where can I get my craftsman scrolling jig saw repaired. I live in Canada. I. bought this model # 320.23501 from Sears when the Canadian Stores closed about 5 years ago. I recently took it out of the box for the 1st time, and found that the blade is not fixed in the straight forward position, when taken out of the scroll mode. I really have to offset the jigsaw alot, in order for the blade to cut straight.
Seems when you call the "support number" it does nothing to assist you and when you tell it you purchased from Sears, gives you this really long drawn out web address that you can't even begin to keep up with and no one answers to help you then after telling the web address it says "good bye" Yeah, just what you want to hear after coming here and it says call this number for support with your warranty request.
Did you both find a way to get in touch with Craftsman? We have a lifetime warranted weed whip with a failed head/bearing and I firstly reached out to the retail store we purchased it from and they denied having any responsibility to replace or find an authorized repair shop after 90 days. So then I used the “contact us” form on this site and shortly there after, was able to reach someone who helped me. Hopefully, you were able to do the same and get a repair or replacement in order.
It’s been since never November 16 said I would get an email which I did and it will be shipped if that within two weeks

I'm just trying to get 2 ratchets replaced under the lifetime warranty..
This should be a simple process.
Robert, take your ratchets to Home Depot, Lowe's or any Ace hardware store that sells Craftsman tools and they SHOOULD replace them. I have had issues with the warranty my self and it appears after almost 4 months, too many emails to begin to mention, getting some responses, or getting replies that state "undeliverable, the recipient's mailbox is full, try again later". I have finally gotten some resolution in that a ratchet and standard combination wrench were replaced and then sent me a once again after numerous attempts to contact them, they sent me a 7/16 standard combination wrench instead of the ratcheting 7/16' wrench. They still could not locate the package I sent in November and I have the name of the person who accepted it, but no one knows what happened to it. With the ratcheting wrench being back ordered they have given me the option of a different size. I have told them the size I want and not the one they are recommending for replacement. We will see
Hi, My local LOWES in Boynton Beach FL. would NOT honor the warranty. They gave me the phone number and email to CRAFTSMAN. After numerous attempts on both the phone and sending emails, i have gotten no results .. I Also get the " Undeliverable " to the emails and a incomplete message and hang up on the phone number...

It's important to note that due to recent changes in ownership and distribution channels, some older Craftsman tools might not be eligible for repair at authorized service centers. Is it right, unblocked games 76?
800 number does nothing and has not worked for some time. no help hear folks. i just needed a service center on a new chainsaw that leaks fuel.
In spite of so many negative comments, why does Craftsman not care for its existing customers? You are making money from hard earned persons by claiming your so-called Warranty.
