I bought a Craftsman M230 lawn mower in March and only used it once.  The gas cap would not stay secure and kept coming off during use.  There is something wrong with the lining of the gas tank.  Even after buying several different gas caps, it would not stop the cap from coming off.  I stopped using the lawn mower and started to use a lawn service company.  I forgot that it had a warranty coverage.  How can I return it because it is now under the manufacturer warranty?

Last year I purchased a Craftsman M110 lawn mower.  I read and followed the manual but could not get the mower to start. I took it back to Lowes and exchanged it for another M110 (Big Mistake).. Had trouble starting the new one. Only half the time it would start right away. The other times I would have to let it sit for a half hour or more before it would start. This year I have used it once. It started after 6 pulls. today I tried to start it and it will not start. Your M110 Lawn mower is a piece of SHIT!!!  Craftsman should fire the dumb fucks that designed and approved it. I am so disappointed in Craftsman.  As I can't rely on your M110 lawn mower, I will have to purchase another lawn mower (definitely not a Craftsman) for this Summer.

CMCST915 battery weed eater I purchased this at LOWE's Rocky Mount, NC last year and it has stopped working. I understand that there is a 3 year warranty on this product. I was told by customer service at the Lowe's that I had to contact Craftsman directly. Please advise me as to the next step.

    Hi Craftsman Users

Having run a few tens of million dollars annual sales companies, I was unable to register on line.

Now I've been online for 47 minutes listening to Craftsman AI and music.

I purchased a new cultivator C210 about 2 years ago. I used it for the first time about 2 weeks ago and the tiller seized up. It did an area of about 10ft x 10ft and now will not start. Took compression test and has very little compression. I called craftsman to see about replacing it but because I do not have my receipt they will not do anything. This is really sad as I have bought a lot of craftsman tools through the years but I will think twice now. The tiller is brand new and never had a chance to use it till now. I mixed the gas and oil as instructed and I work on small engines so I know what I am doing. Sorry to say craftsman is not what it use to be.

I will no longer buy Craftsman products! I purchased a string trimmer from Lowes, and it failed within 1 year. Lowes tells me I must contact Craftsman and they will have me take it to a service center. I contact Craftsman, they sent me to Husqvarnana, back and forth for about a month, to find out Husqvarna doesn't make yard tools for Craftsman, MTD does. Finally get ahold of the right department at Craftsman/MTD and they try and find a Authorized Service Center… the 2 service centers in Arizona are 300 miles away from Phoenix. Craftsman's Answer, take it to someone local, pay to have them fix it, and we MIGHT reimburse you…. Its almost like they dont want to honor their warranty almost smells like a class action lawsuit is in the works. Looking at Lowes Reviews there are dozens of people experiencing similar lack of support.
