Can't sign in after numerous tries to get in to register my product. Got "Club" account as instructed, but can't get past the Club log in to complete reg. TOTAL BUST this website (unless maybe for selling stuff -- trying to avoid claims is fraud, so please fix it!!!)

Impossible to create an account to register a new product. Also you should have a french version of this WEB site. We have this option here. Why not on the registration WEB site ? How can I register my new hand planner ?

As do others, I cannot register my tools. Over the past 2 years I have bought over $500 in cordless tools and batteries. I have gone to writing the date purchased on the manuals and the store name and location, and on the batteries when possible.
I don't have all day to set and do this over and over. U all need to update this, I think it's just getting your email and personal information. To sell it.

I create and account but it continually forgets my password. All I want to do is register my product but registration is VERY DIFFICULT!! Help. Your system IS NOT user friendly It does not provide a platform for product registration!!! Your telephone number does not connect to ANYONE. It refers to a web site but without information on how to find that website. So far Crafsman service after sales is non existant
It's June of 2025 and you still cannot register a product! How can we trust that any Craftsman products warranty's will actually be in effective if we can't even register a product?!
I have tried repeatedly to register my Craftsman Weedwacker warranty and continually get the runaround telling me I have to create a Club account, which I have done multiple times now and the website (sucks) will still not direct me to product registration. Makes me think that future Craftsman product purchases by me will probably NEVER happen!! FIX THIS!!!!!!!!
The website could use some attention but I got pretty much all my tools registered. It would be nice to be able to edit things also when I hit the remove tab it removes the item but it isn't permanent. The item is back the next time I log in EVERY TIME. ALSO it wouldn't let me put my address in and I don't see a place to go back and edit it. Let's all just hope that your tools are better then your web/app design. I started my first warrenty claim a week ago and still haven't heard anything about the next step. I had to actually go buy a second tool because your warranty claim department takes an hour and half to watch 60 minutes. It's July 5,2025 so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since it's a holiday week. I noticed your tool registration page takes a minute to come up also so maybe everything is just kinda slow at craftsman. 🤷
