"on the frame" is a very non-specific answer, considering the frame is basically everything except the engine. I can't find a model number anywhere on this POS.

Your web site SUCKS, all I want to do is register my lawn mower and every time I go there all I get is a site where people are asking questions. I know the serial number and model number how about you use the KISS principle, you know "KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID".
