For batteries, you can find the date code on top printed or engraved directly on the plastic housing near the charging cells. It's six digits long and has a date format.
For most of our chargers, you can find both the date code at the bottom of the unit. This information can be engraved or printed directly on the plastic.

Check the top of the battery housing near the charging contacts. The code is usually six digits long and either stamped or printed on the plastic. For chargers, look on the underside of the unit, where the date code is generally engraved or printed along with other product information.
